Murray Hill lies between 23rd and 42nd Streets and First and Fifth Avenues. This is a mostly residential neighborhood that offers convenience and proximity to the offices and attractions of Midtown. Walk to the Empire State Building, Grand Central Terminal, the Chrysler Building, the UN Headquarters, and wonderful flagship stores. Lexington Avenue and 28th are often dubbed “Curry Hill” because they are home to so many wonderful Indian restaurants, though if you find yourself in Murray Hill and without an appetite for curry, there are plenty of other wonderful restaurants to check out.
